A great value for true Champagne from this small producer based in Oger. Toasty lemon, orange peel, brioche, marzipan, and a long, fine finish of celebratory bubbles. Mostly Chardonnay with a quarter Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Who needs Veuve when Chapuy is Tradition?
