Pariondo is the name of our first single vineyard, perfectly shaped as a circle. Our expression of the double fermentation on the skins of Amarone. Full-bodied wine, with a great concentration in perfumes. Its bouquet is mellow and balanced, with an intriguing bouquet of blackberry jam, mature red fruits, toasted spices and cocoa powder. It is a perfect match for rich stews, steaks, chops or roasts, as well as mature cheeses.
