Lanari's 2016 Conero Riserva Fibbio, the estate's top wine, is 100% Montepulciano. Layers of perfumed dark red fruit meld together seamlessly, followed by hints of smoke, tar, licorice, minerals and scorched earth, all of which add a dimension of darkness. The Fibbio is rich and extroverted yet also wonderfully balanced and totally harmonious.
