This Garda Classic Chiaretto, called Roseri for the delicacy of its aroma that brings to mind the perfume of a rosebud, is obtained from the vinification of the four Gardesana red grapes Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. Harvested and left in cryomaceration at a low temperature for 48 hours, these grapes give a must of intense color but of elegance and full body. The particular structure gives to this Chiaretto a greater longevity for as long as several years, keeping the fragrance intact. From the clay soils of the lower Garda it takes its dry taste and flowery aroma to the nose and matches well with typical Gardesana dishes. Production is around 35,000 bottles a year, distributed to qualified restauranteurs.
