The Château du Mouret is adjacent to Château Boyrein, formerly Château des Seigneuries de Gourgues. This area which bears the name of a locality on the commune of Roaillan, includes 9 hectares of red bass and 4 hectares of white bass. The vineyard, facing south, southwest is located on a gravelly rump. Dismantled over the decades, it has been gradually restored by the Médeville family, which has owned it since 1973.
